Original Item: One Only! Nice Original all brass French Fire helmet with impressive brass front plate showing a Castle over shield containing a flaming bomb surrounded by laurel and oak leaf sprays. All surmounted by an embossed brass ribbon inscribed "SAREURS POMPIERS D'INGERSHEIM". The helmet is complete with fluted crest culminating in another flaming bomb badge. Come with it?s Original leather liner and chin strap. Left side of helmet fitted with brass hackle mount currently holding a later red and green feather hackle.  A great display item of fire fighting memorabilia.
