Rubber neck rests are cheap but they absorb chemicals and water quickly and disintegrate quickly. Silicone gel neck rests are soft and inexpensive, BUT they pop out easily and don't stay in place when wet. This premium replacement neck rest is made of polyurethane and will only fit the 20A, 40A, 50B, 20B, 40B, and 50B PARAGON shampoo backwash/sidewash systems' porcelain shampoo bowls.
